How can I benefit from the free trial service?

You get a worry-free opportunity to try and experience our products. If you love the speaker, you can purchase it at a discounted price as our way of thanking you for trusting DioDIY.

How much do I need to pay for the deposit?

The deposit amount varies by speaker. Please check the product page for details.

How is the 14-day trial period counted?

The trial period begins on the day you receive the speaker and continues for 14 calendar days.

How do I make my decision?

On the last day (14th day), we’ll send you an email reminding you that the trial period is ending. From the time the email is sent, you’ll have 48 hours to reply with your decision.

What happens if I don’t reply to the email with my decision?

If we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours, the default decision will be to keep the speaker. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately.

After making my decision, what should I do?

  • If you decide to keep the speaker: We’ll send you an email with an invoice for the remaining balance. Please pay the balance through the provided link within 7 days.
  • If you decide to return the speaker: Return it in its original packaging within 10 days. If you need help, feel free to contact us.

Can I get a full refund of my deposit?

Yes, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the speaker. However, if the speaker is returned without its original packaging, missing components, or has damage, a full refund will not be issued.
